The New York Times recommends Kukuxumusu
Last Thursday, 4th of August, the American newspaper, The New York Times, published a tourist article about San Sebastián. In it, the journalist mentions a series of activities which a visitor can spend doing over a period of 36 hours in this seaside city and capital of Guipuzcoa.
For a Saturday afternoon, the New York Times recommends its readers to visit the Kukuxumusu store which is located in the Calle Mayor (‘Main Street’) where it continues “you can find really funny drawings printed on all kinds of things, from tee shirts to bottles”. This reference to The Drawing Factory concludes by stating that this store in the old part of the city was the first set up by this “far-out firm” and that since then, Kukuxumusu has been expanding all around the rest of the State.
The article was published on the Sunday edition of the newspaper in its printed version.
