If you read this you are going to want to sleep longer and better afterwards

A worldwide conspiracy from those kind of people who are perpetually awake is just trying to hide the true fact that sleeping is the best thing of all for the good of our health. Here at Kukuxumusu we discovered this fact a long time ago. So, to help people out, we have come up with a special collection of pajamas for him and for her to help towards achieving the perfect nightly slumber. The experts say that this should be at least nine hours for adults and up to ten hours if you are anything less than a full-grown adult.
Here at Kukuxumusu, we do not wish to see people sleeping too little or simply not enough; we wish to see everyone sleeping as much as they need to. Life for everyone will be better and we can prove it:
A study carried out by the American Academy for Health and Sleep, promoted by the University of Chicago, found that an adult needs to sleep 9 hours; a teenager needs 10 hours and small children between 11 and 12 hours. Wearing the proper pajamas will ensure that this goal can be reached more easily and more comfortably by all.
Advantages of sleeping all that we need to sleep:
– According to a short internal study carried out by Kukuxumusu, 9 out of every 10 dentists slept very well when they wore Kukuxumusu pajamas, (this figure did not change when other brands of pajama were worn, but the sleepers did not look half as cute).
– A study carried out by the University of Notre Damme (USA) found that a good night’s sleep helps to bring out new and more creative ideas in people.
– A study made by the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm (Sweden) states that all those people who sleep well overnight turn out to be more attractive and healthier people than those who sleep too little or insufficiently.
– These above-mentioned investigations did not take into account those types of people who try to dupe themselves and others by watching replays of such movies as “The English Patient” or even a TV debate of Hillary Clinton vs. Donald Trump in order to fall fast asleep.
– Nathaniel Watson from the Sleep Institute at Washington University (USA), carried out a study which found that oversleeping makes you less inclined to get fat (it could increase the Body-Mass Index by 0,2) than under-sleeping does (the Body-Mass Index increases up to 1.4).
-Investigations lead by Doctor Shalini Paruthi from the University of St.Luis revealed that children who receive the right amount of sleep in a regular way display a sounder mental and physical state.
– And if you are one of those people who enjoys a daily pajama-on siesta, a recent study published in The International Journal of Behavioral Medicine revealed that a 45-minute nap helped to better the symptoms of high blood-pressure.
The experiment of the pajama slumber
It is not difficult to prove that if you sleep enough and you sleep soundly, your waking hours will be healthier ones. But you could also leave the objective research aside and try out your own experiments. For example, just try out the steps from the No Hai Ngoc Table, developed just now after learning that a man of this same name has not slept at all ever since 1973.
1-.Step one: You put on a pair of Kukuxumusu pajamas – although it would be recommendable to first take off the clothes that you are wearing. You then get into bed and sleep one hour longer than you did the previous night. The following morning, you take off the pair of Kukuxumusu pajamas and you go have a shower before having breakfast. Now ask yourself whether you feel better or worse than the previous day. If you feel worse, repeat step one until the moment comes when you feel better. If the solution only comes after some twenty hours, go and have a check-up with your doctor and then hurry off to work as you are surely late for work. On the other hand, if you find that you feel better from the first moment, then move on to step two.
2- You have now discovered that you had not been sleeping enough. And you have discovered that sleeping longer makes you feel better. So now the figures begin to make sense; according to the American Academy of Sleep and Health, an adult needs to sleep up to 9 hours, a teenager up to 10 and younger children from between 11 and 12 hours.
As we have been telling you, with the proper pajamas, it will be even easier and more comfortable to find slumberland. Try out this experiment with that number of hours for a couple of consecutive days, and then write in and tell us on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook your experiences and the changes you found with the hash #sleepwithkukuxumusu. We will hold a draw for two free Kukuxumusu pajamas sets for the participants this week.
